The lot is set as residential, but it can also be used as a University dorm - it uses dorm doors to separate the bedrooms and has the required sprinklers and island counters for a cook. Common rooms for Gryffindor, Ravenclaw, Hufflepuff, and Slytherin I have used original Maxis objects that are available in the Ultimate Collection, and made the spaces look similar to the Hogwarts seen in the movies, while still making the spaces accessible to sims.
